Liverpool GP Practices, in Partnership with Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will be delivering a campaign to improve the recording of Ethnicity in patients’ GP record. This is following guidance from NHS England for all GP Practices in England to improve recording of ethnicity in order to improve health care for the different demographic needs of the population.

To do this, a text message will be sent to patients who do not have an Ethnicity recorded. The screen shots below show what this will look like for patients.
